The Movement Playground

Picture
The Movement Circle
A light hearted space to explore movement mindfully! Increase range of motion, improve flexibility, coordination, sports performance and regulate the nervous system. Adapting the work of Moshe Feldenkrais, an Awareness through Movement class that involves being verbally guided through gentle movement sequences. Emphasis being on internal sensing of movements, and curiosity about the changes you may experience.
This won't be just a solo gig; we will be connecting on the move: Jumping into collaborative, playful group activities that get us sharing the space and working together. Please bring along a yoga mat, blanket and cushion, wear comfortable clothing as a larger part of the session we will be laying on the floor. Facilitated by Leonie Michaels, Feldenkrais Practitioner at Soul Centred Living.
This class requires a minimum of 6 people to commence with a maximum of 15
