Stroke safe

Did you know stroke kills more women than breast cancer and more men than prostate cancer? Yet up to 80% of strokes are preventable. That's why we offer free StrokeSafe talks to raise awareness and share practical prevention tips.

Trained volunteer speakers will cover:
  • Recognising the signs of stroke
  • What to do in a stroke emergency
  • How to reduce your risk.

Many speakers have personal experience with stroke, making their presentations powerful and relatable.

Together we can help make our community more stroke-safe.
